My family moved to Langley (Brookswood) in 1977 and I’ve been a resident ever since. I love the community so much that I stayed and raised my family in Langley as well. I am a proud Mother of two and have been married for over 20 years to my high school sweetheart. Growing up, I was taught the importance of family and friends. I was also taught the value of being involved in your community, which I hope I have passed along to my children as well. From 2011 to 2014, I was elected and proudly served as a Trustee on the Langley Board of Education. I currently sit as a member of the Government Relations (GR) Committee with the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board. Before pursuing my dream of a Real Estate career, I worked as a Marketing Specialist for an International lighting company. I believe my previous experience in Marketing enhances my skills as a Realtor® and provides even more value to my clients. I believe professional development is very important as a real estate professional, and I am always seeking opportunities to learn and provide more value to my clients and my business. A portion of my commission is donated to the Parkinson Society of BC. Parkinson’s Disease is a disease that has personally affected my family .… my Mom, who has now passed away, suffered with Parkinson’s Disease for 9 years. It is a cruel disease, and I wish for a cure to be found so no more people or their families have to experience the realities of Parkinson’s Disease. Donating to Parkinson Society of BC is my small way of helping to find a cure, and also helping make life more comfortable for people who are living with the disease and their families. Along with many other realtors at RE/MAX, I am also proud to support and donate a portion of my commission to the Children’s Miracle Network. RE/MAX has been a proud partner of the Children’s Miracle Network for over 23 years. Their mission, to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible, impacts local kids in our communities. Donations stay local to fund critical treatments and healthcare services, pediatric medical equipment and charitable care. I absolutely love my job as a Realtor! I enjoy the steady pace of Real Estate, and working every day with new clients and their families to help them find the home of their dreams and/or realize the maximum value when selling their homes. Buying and purchasing a home is a huge milestone in someone’s life - it can be very exciting but can also be a very stressful experience. I endeavour to make the entire real estate experience a very positive one for my clients, and to minimize their stress. I provide outstanding service to every one of my clients. Please call, e-mail, or text me at any time with any real estate questions you may have. Whether you are buying, selling or just wondering where to start, let’s chat. I’d love to hear from you!
